– Right before polls close on election night in 2014, U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt will already be thinking about election night in 2016.

That night, Blunt – a first-term Republican who is expected to seek reelection in two years – is scheduled to attend a fundraiser at the home of St. Louis billionaire Rex Sinquefield, St. Louis Public Radio first reported this week.

Tickets for the event at Sinquefield’s home near the Central West End start at $1,000 and range all the way up to $10,400 per couple.
